Today’s xmas video is a musical clip from the classic 1974 Rankin/Bass Christmas special, A Year Without Santa Claus. Meet Snow Miser and Heat Miser…

For some reason, CBS rarely shows this one anymore, preferring to stick with Rudolph or Santa Claus is Coming To Town. Thankfully, ABC Family has picked up the slack by not only airing the show during this year’s “25 Days of Christmas” celebration, but they’re airing a completely new companion show starring the Miser Brothers, too. Check their TV schedule for air dates.

I'm on a first name basis with my inner child, and I believe we were put on this earth as unique individuals for a reason but that reason isn't to bomb the hell out of each other...though I will concede there are some people out there who deserve a really good spanking.
