Look out for October, though, because I’m gonna be a lean mean writing machine. =)

No photos published on Flickr this month – didn’t really take anything new except for some hospital pix of my lumbar puncture healing and such. Not really stuff to share. LOL
It has been a bit difficult writing this month. Whatever is impairing my nervous system and my motor skills also makes me feel like I have a wad of cotton in my head. I also seem to black out randomly while I’m sitting on the couch typing.
Thanks again to everyone who takes the time to read my writings and articles. I really do appreciate the support and feedback!

star wars travel posters
Apr 28, 2009 movies and tv, scifi and fantasy
I so want these! Given my love of Star Wars and travel, these are so perfect.

According to the article at Geeks of Doom, StarWars.com should have these for sale in their shop, but I couldn’t find them. At any rate, I’d love to see what they come up with for the rest of the series. They still could do Endor, Naboo, the Death Star, Dagobah… It’d be cool if they did post card versions, too. Those I’d definitely buy. Easier to frame and they don’t take up so much wall space.

article round-up for mid-January
Jan 12, 2009 movies and tv, Orlando, travel, writing
The shopping gods (goddesses?) were with me today. I needed haircolor and black eyeliner. Went to CVS because I had a few extra bucks to spend that expired today and not only was my haircolor on sale, but I found a black CoverGirl eyeliner marked off 50%. Ended up spending only $1.50 and most of that went to a bag of cheese puffs (I know – never go to the store hungry). Whoo hoo!
Anyways, I’ve put up quite a few articles the past couple of weeks, so just in case you might be interested in reading them, here’s a quick listing:
Las Vegas Logue:
- Dinner In The Sky Debuts New Year’s Eve
- Encore Opens to the Public
- CityCenter Puts Brakes on Harmon, Starts Hiring
Suite101 Budget Travel:
- Walt Disney World on a Budget For 2009
- San Francisco Dine About Town Winter 2009
- Trafalgar Square in London
Suite101 Horror Movies:
If you could take a few moments to read a few of them, it’d be greatly appreciated. Gotta pay for those cheese puffs, ya know. LOL
