Normally I’d put up a list of my favorite Christmas songs or movies to celebrate the holidays. This year, I decided to do a different kind of list: the 12 Days of Xmas Videos.

Basically, for the next 12 days, I’ll be putting up videos ranging from music videos to movie clips that celebrate the holidays. I thought it’d be a nice break from the regular lists. I’ll try to make them as work-safe as possible, but if you see it tagged NSFW, view at your own risk.

So, with that explanation out of the way, I’m going to start the 12 days with one of my most favorite holiday songs: “Do They Know It’s Christmas?” This is the biggie of the holiday charity videos and features a roomful of 80s-era British pop and rock stars banding together in hopes of raising money to feed the starving people in Africa. Here is Band-Aid:
