Who Wins When Chris Evans and Chris Pratt Bet on the Super Bowl? The Kids Do.

Chris Evans and Chris Pratt Bet on the Super Bowl

Last month, actors Chris Evans (best known as Captain America in the Marvel films) and Chris Pratt (who played Star-Lord in last summer’s blockbuster Guardians of the Galaxy) made a bet on the Super Bowl.

It all started on January 19, when Evans taunted Pratt, once it became clear their favorite teams would be battling in the Big Game…

Pratt, not one to back down, trash talked to Evans…

Evans responded…

A bet? Yup, Pratt issued this challenge…

To which Evans replied…

Over the course of the last few weeks since, there has been numerous taunts and trash talking done online. The two even rallied fans to donate to the respective charities to prove which actor they backed in this challenge.

Then last night, the two met up to watch the Super Bowl live in the stadium. Pratt was with his wife, actress Anna Farris (also a Seahawks fan), and I believe the gentleman with Evans is his brother.

As you may know by now, the Patriots won the Super Bowl, which means that Chris Pratt would have to show up at Evan’s Christopher’s Haven charity (which provides supportive housing for families whose children are receiving outpatient pediatric cancer treatments in Boston, MA) dressed as Star-Lord wearing a Tom Brady Patriots jersey.

Pratt was the first to accept the defeat…

Then Evans sent out the following series of tweets after the game…

Yup, even though he won, Chris Evans is still showing up to support Pratt’s charity, Seattle Children’s Hospital. Because both men are a class act, that means it’s the children fighting horrible diseases in Boston and Seattle who are the real winners of this bet.
